Voiles is a contemporary piece made by hand following an age-old technique using Japanese washi paper. The designer Céline Wright has been inspired by her boat trips, while contemplating the sails that direct the wind on the high seas. Voiles features delicate overlapping pieces that create patterns and shadows using this handcrafted technique.
Its frame material is steel, the colour of the frame is chrome and the body is white with a diffuser material in Japanese paper.
