TXL 2019 outdoor floor lamp designed by Joan Gaspar and manufactured by the Spanish firm of Marset.
To illuminate the outdoors with the same warmth as if it were an indoor lamp. This is the purpose of the TXL lamp and for this purpose it uses a lampshade made of textilene, an apparently ductile material but very resistant, not only to water, but also to adverse weather conditions.
The TXL aims to fill the space with its own light; its aesthetics are striking because of its dimensions and also because of the textile material of its lampshade, which filters the light and seems to vibrate. This design has a concrete base that helps the lamp to have a sharper profile, it looks like a single piece. Solid and colossal, the TXL projects the welcoming light of an indoor space outdoors.
