BABILA outdoor wall/ceiling lamp designed by Marco Zanuso Jr and manufactured by the Spanish firm of Mantra.

Babila proves that material can be as important as form in a design. This new outdoor wall light is made of polished stainless steel, a rounded object with a panoramic effect that reflects its surroundings. It is not intended to be an architectural element, it is a beautiful and simple design that captures the attention, whether it is switched on or off, because it provides a glimpse of the everyday life that goes on around it.

Babila is available in two sizes, 18 and 28 cm in diameter, and is also available in white or brown lacquered aluminium, more discreet versions than the chrome version. In either of them, an aura of light is created around the lamp, diffused, a detail that contrasts with its material. Its lighting is indirect, soft against the wall and very respectful of the exterior.
