Once the luminaires are in preparation, no returns will be allowed.

Free transport for orders over:

  •          1000,00€ European Union, including England, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra (Net Amount).
  •          Orders less than 1000,00 euros for shipments to the European Union will be borne by the customer.
  •          If the purchase price is less than € 1000, the delivery expense must be payed by the customer.

Returns

The products offered on ilutop.com are manufactured exclusively, individually, for our customers, so certain products will not accept returns of any kind, unless the provider of ilutop.com indicates otherwise.

 

According to article 103 of the Consumers and Users Law, if once the online order has been made, the customer decides to withdraw (return the product) and terminate the contract, he may do so freely within 14 business days from receipt of the product, being sufficient for it to send an e-mail to the following email address: info@ilutop.com.

 

To make the return for withdrawal, the merchandise must be in perfect condition, with all its complete accessories, as well as with the original packaging intact. The customer may make the return personally or through a transport company. Transportation costs arising from the change will be borne by the buyer. In the event that the consumer chooses to make the return through a transport company, he must take all necessary measures to ensure that the original packaging of the manufacturer is not damaged, altered or deteriorated in any way. ILUTOP reserves the right to carry out a preliminary analysis of the merchandise before accepting the return. ILUTOP will examine its content, in order to verify its perfect condition, for acceptance. The reception of the returned merchandise will not suppose in any case acceptance or conformity of the state of the same, reason why ILUTOP. will have a period of 15 days to manifest to the client the existing damages in the returned product, consequence of an unreasonable use, whose compensation must be satisfied by the client. The refund of the price to the consumer will be made by bank transfer.

 

If the manufacturer decides to charge Ilutop some type of depreciation (handling costs, administrative expenses, etc.) it will be charged to the customer.
