ISLET wall lamp designed by Mikko Laakkonen and manufactured by the Italian firm of Artemide.
Its surface is animated by the rays of light that escape through the slits in the front of its structure. Many tiny holes through the folded sheet metal allow the light to pass through. The surfaces multiply the reflections and diffuse the light. The surfaces multiply the reflections and diffuse the light, resulting in a variable perception depending on the point of view, with the perforated area hidden or framed, illuminated by the opal glass that hides the LED sources from view.
The material is aluminium and technopolymer, it is adjustable (PUSH) and its finish is white.
