SAWARU floor lamp designed by Nendo and manufactured by the Italian firm of Flos.

A light consisting of two independent cylinders that touch in a perpendicular direction. One has the function of a light source, while the other one acts as a base. The angle of the spotlight can be adjusted in three positions: 25, 40 and 60 degrees, by inserting a bolt fixed to the base. The various functions are possible thanks to the exclusion of superfluous elements and the simplification of the shape. Base and body in extruded aluminium finished by lacquering or galvanic process. Diffuser in injection moulded photo-etched polycarbonate. Die-cast and lacquered aluminium reflector. Dimming and channel mixing function by means of a foot switch on the cable. Power supply on plug with interchangeable sockets.
